A 5% - 30% deposit on the total cost of a Program must be made at the time of booking. Deposit amount varies depending on chosen Program, School, Accommodation, Activities, and Season. In most cases, the balance owed shall be paid directly to the School and will be due on the first Monday of a program, before the first class begins or any placement tests are issued. For certain programs, the School(s), Accommodation(s) Provider(s), Activities Provider(s), or Transportation Provider(s) may require full payment of balance up to 45 days before the start of said program. For Group Programs (defined as 3 or more Participants and/or Students), the total Program balance will be due 45 days before the start of said Program.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of a program will receive a full refund, less a 5% transaction fee taken from the initial deposit. In the case that a program balance was paid entirely, 45 days or more before the start of the program, the entire amount will be refundable less a 5% transaction fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the program will result in forfeiture of initial deposit.
Cancellations made after the start of the program, defined as the Monday of the first program week for Courses and Activities and the check-in date for Accommodations, will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
In the exceptional case where there are fewer students registered for a course than the minimum designated by a given School, the School reserves the right to reduce the number of lessons per week accordingly. The same amount of course material will be covered due to the smaller student to teacher ratio. No refunds will be given in cases such as these.
